As common issues are involved in the captioned petitions, with the consent of both sides, the same are hereby disposed of by this common order. For the sake of brevity and convenience, facts are borrowed from CWP-6475-2003.

The petitioner was promoted as Head Constable from District Sonipat. His promotion was made effective from 23.01.1991. He was issued show cause notice dated 25.05.1997 calling upon to show DEEPAK BISSYAN 2025.09.02 10:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-6475-2003 -2cause as to why he should not be regularized in the rank of Head constable w.e.f. 31.12.1999 instead of 23.01.1991 to make the space for regularization of his senior. The respondent, thereafter, passed impugned order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already retired on attaining the age of superannuation. On being asked, he confirmed that petitioner worked as Head Constable during his service tenure and got salary of Head Constable. He was also further promoted and given service benefits.

In the wake of afore-stated factual position no further order is warranted.
