In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the impugned order is set aside and the order dated 13.02.2023 granting interim bail to the appellant, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Allowed in the above-mentioned terms.
