The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.248 dated 17.06.2019, under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 342, 354-A, 427, 452, 506 IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station Sector-5, Panchkula (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise deed dated 10.07.2019 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh as and when the terms and conditions of the compromise are complied with.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
