ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.640 dated 29.11.2018, registered under Sections 18/27-A of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Ratia, District Fatehabad. The operative part of the order dated 09.04.2019, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "....Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the FIR and his name surfaced on the basis of disclosure statement made by Pola Singh @ Polly, from whom non-commercial quantity of 400 gram opium was recovered by the police. It is further submitted that there are material discrepancies in the investigation conducted by the police.

CRM-M No.6520 of 2019 to the order dated 09.04.2019, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Radhey Shyam, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 09.04.2019 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
