The contempt petition has been filed pleading wilful disobedience of order dated 28.09.2018 passed by this Court in CWP No.24992 of 2018.
Learned State counsel has produced communication dated 17.10.2019, same is taken on record, copy handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. She, on instructions from Mr. Gurcharan Singh, E.O., Bhadaur, submits that payment of gratuity and leave encashment alongwith interest has been made. However, payment of General Provident Fund would be made within six weeks from today.

Learned State counsel assures that detailed calculation would be provided within four weeks from today. Respondents are directed to provide detailed calculation to the petitioner within four weeks from today and to make payment of balance amount within six weeks from today. The contempt petition is disposed of.
