ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents-HSVP submits that the status of the site in question has been rectified in the web portal of the respondents and has now been shown as allotted to the petitioner. And, the amount that was deposited, has been credited in his account. Therefore, nothing substantive survives in the petition. In response, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the wake of the subsequent developments, the petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
