Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying for issuance of directions of respondent No.2 to 3 to arrest the accused (Mandeep Kaur, Raj Kumar, Saroj, Sheela) in case FIR No.136 dated 25.09.2024 (Annexure P-1) under Section 108 BNS, registered at Police Station Lalru, District SAS Nagar.

As per the status report dated 24.02.2025 filed by the respondent-State, Mandeep Kaur has already joined the investigation in compliance of order dated 07.02.2025 passed by this Court in CRM-M4206-2025. 3.

Learned State counsel on instructions submits that after the aforesaid status report was filed in February, 2025, accused-Raj Kumar and Saroj have also joined the investigation. Learned State counsel further submits that prosecuting agency is making every possible effort to search the remaining accused and to conduct the investigation expeditiously.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to file fresh in case he feels threat to life and liberty of the petitoner.
