The matter has been amicably settled and under the settlement, respondent no. 1 will pay a sum of `1 lac to the appellant over and above the compensation already paid to her. This amount will be given to the appellant through demand draft within a period of four weeks. In the event of payment being not made within four weeks, the appellant will be entitled to interest @ 7.5% per annum on settled amount from the date of filing of the appeal till actual realization. The above order has been passed with the consent of learned counsel for parties.
