(Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action/inquiry against the present Sarpanch of village Dhani Gopal for doing work against the interest of Gram Panchayat as per Haryana Panchayati Raj Act' 1994. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies in terms of Section 7 of the Haryana Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961, in accordance with law. 3.
