HARPREET SINGH BRAR , J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.152 dated 23.11.2019, registered at Police Station Khuhi Khera, District Fazilka, under Sections 325, 323 and 34 IPC (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).

Pursuant to order dated 23.02.2021, report dated 08.07.2021 has been received from Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Fazilka, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them without any coercion or undue influence. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.152 dated 23.11.2019, registered at Police Station Khuhi Khera, District Fazilka, under Sections 325, 323 and 34 IPC (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners.
