The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to setup a high level independent Special Investigation Team, for investigating into the conduct of respondents No.6 to 9 and to register an FIR against respondents No.7 to 9, under Section 342/166-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and other relevant provisions thereof; along with certain other prayers.

Keeping in view the vague prayer and pleadings in the present petition, this Court does not find it appropriate to interfere in the matter. 3.

Dismissed.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail any other alternate remedy, in accordance with law.
