(Oral) The prayer in the application is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.233 dated 28.11.2021 under Sections 3, 4, 5 of the Explosives Act and 120, 120-B, 379, 411 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act (Section 379, 411 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Dinanagar, District Gurdaspur.

The learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Ordered accordingly.

As the petitioner is in custody for the last more than 02 years, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial within 06 months from the next date of hearing fixed before it.
