**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) Sanskrit, against advertisement No.4/2015, after declaring the result of 26 posts, which were earlier reserved for Special Backward Class (SBC) and later on converted to General Category.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the after conversion of the posts in question earmarked for Special Backward Class (SBC) Category into General Category, respondent No.3-Haryana Staff Selection Commission is in the process of declaring the result qua the same. Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this petition.

Dismissed as not pressed.
