(ORAL) Counsel representing respondent No.4 submits that the prayer made in the writ petition is for issuance of writ in the nature of quo warranto against respondent No.4, who has already retired on attaining the age of superannuation on May, 2021.

Resultantly, nothing survives in the present writ petition to be adjudicated at the hands of this Court. The same is, thus, dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
