Only grievance of the petitioners is that their wages have not been paid for the last several months, details whereof have been given in para 3 of the petition.

She submits that in case it is found that there is substance in the plea of the petitioners, appropriate decision shall be taken by respondent no. 2 within three weeks' from today and needful shall be done.
