(ORAL) The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider and decide his representations dated 01.12.2022 (Annexure P-1) and 11.01.2023 (Annexure P-2), wherein he has alleged that respondent No. 5 is violating the directions issued by a Division Bench of this Court on 22.07.2019 in a group of writ petitions the lead case being CWP-6213-2016 titled as Reet Mohinder Singh Vs State of Punjab relating to noise pollution by playing loud-speaker beyond a permissible limit.

Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, submits that the respondent-authorities shall consider and decide the petitioner's representations in accordance with law. In view of the aforesaid prayer made by the petitioner as well as the statement of learned State counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms thereof.
