Present petition has been filed praying for issuance of directions to the respondents not to transfer the petitioner from District Jail, Sirsa to any other Jail in Haryana, as the old aged parents of the petitioner are residing in village Sahuwala(1), District Sirsa, Haryana, and if the petitioner is transferred from District Jail Sirsa to any other jail, then it would be very difficult for the old aged parents of the petitioner to meet him. 2.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has already filed a representation before Superintendent of Jail, District Jail, Sirsa, on 22.01.2025, however, the same has not been decided till date. 3.
