1. The petitioners seek issuance of directions to the official respondents to protect their life and liberty as they apprehend threat to the same at the hands of the private respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are running a business under the name and style of M/s Starwings Immigration & IELTS Centre and that they guide and process the files of the applicants interested in going abroad and are also impart coaching for IELTS. Learned counsel submits that it is a matter of fact that respondents No.6 and 10 had already been issued Visa and that while respondent No.6 could not clear his immigration, respondent No.10 had gone abroad but returned back after 10 days on his own.

3. Learned counsel has further submitted that respondents No.7 and 8 had applied for issuance of spouse Visa which is still under process. It has been MOHAN SINGH 2024.02.12 04:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CRWP-1292-2024 (O&M) ( 2 ) 2024:PHHC:019114 submitted that respondent No.9 is father of respondent No.7 and respondent No.11 is relative of respondent No.6.

It has been submitted that although the petitioners had rendered professional assistance in the best possible manner but the respondents No.6, 7, 8 and 10 not having been fully successful in settling abroad have now trained their guns at the petitioners and are pressurizing them to return their money by adopting illegal means.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without commenting anything as regards the averments made in the petition, the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed representation to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur delineating all the relevant facts. In case, any such application is filed within 10 days from today, respondent No.3 shall get the same examined particularly as regards the assertions made on behalf of the petitioners that the needful as would have been required to be done by the petitioners in the capacity of professionals had been done by them. In case it is found that there is genuine threat to the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.6 to 11, then necessary steps warranted under law be taken thereupon at the earliest.

A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur for necessary compliance.
