On 01.03.2012, the following order was passed : "The counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has died and seeks for time for moving application for impleading the legal representatives. Post the case before Court, after the needful is done."

Mr. Wasu, Advocate submits that he has no contact with LRs of the deceased-petitioner, thus, the petition may be disposed of with liberty to move appropriate application as and when LRs of petitioner approach him 3.
