As per the office report, Shri R.D.Sharma, Advocate has shown his inability to attend this case due to his appointment in the office of the Advocate General, Haryana.
A perusal of the file shows that earlier notice issued to the petitioner could not be served due to his incomplete address. The Court has no way to find out the complete address of the petitioner. No purpose will be served by keeping the petition alive. The same is therefore, disposed of however, with liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of the same in case he is having any surviving cause.
