The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 21.02.2019 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sri Muktsar Sahib whereby an application filed by the petitioner under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been dismissed.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that the main accusedson of respondent Nos.2 and 3 stands acquitted by the Trial Court vide judgment dated 05.09.2023 and as such the present petition has since been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to revive in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
