The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.707 dated 23.12.2021, Police Station Model Town, Rewari, District Rewari under Sections 379-B, 506, 148, 149 of Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of Arms Act. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that apart from the fact that the petitioner has been falsely implicated, he happens to be a juvenile and infact the matter has also been amicably resolved amongst the parties. 3.

Notice of motion.

At this stage, Mr. Rahul Mohan, DAG, Haryana, upon whom an advance copy of petition had already been served accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.

Learned State counsel submits that in case the petitioner is a juvenile and is detained in connection with FIR No.707 dated 23.12.2021, the provisions of Section 12 of The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 shall be complied with in letter and spirit. 6.

Faced with the aforestated position, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
