(proceedings conducted through video conferencing) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case or as regards averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Sonipat, District Sonipat to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.494 dated 31.12.2020 registered at Police Station Gannaur, District Sonipat under Section 346 of Indian Penal Code is got investigated expeditiously in accordance with law, so that a final report is submitted thereafter at the earliest. A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Sonipat, District Sonipat so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously.
