Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has become infructuous as new election of Municipal Committee in view of the Section 18-A of the Haryana Municipal (Amendment) Act, 2019 has been conducted on 12.10.2021. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
