Mr. Amit Jhanji, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Sandeep Suri, Advocate for the respondent-ICICI Bank RAJAN GUPTA J. (ORAL) Case has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of COVID-19 Pandemic.

Admittedly, regarding the issues raised before this court, certain litigation is pending before the DRT. Court has been apprised that an OA filed by respondent-Bank and two SAs preferred by the petitioner as well as the Society are pending adjudication.

In view of same, we feel that end of justice would be met if a direction is issued to the DRT to decide the aforesaid matters as expeditiously as possibly preferably within four months.

Petition is hereby disposed off.
