ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges non-compliance of the order dated 30.05.2022 passed in CWP No. 12095 of 2022, vide which the direction was issued to decide the representation.

Counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 submits that subject to final outcome of SLP(C) No.23544-47 of 2016, the petitioners have been given the additional appointment in parity with other similarly situated candidates.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
