The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petitions filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing order dated 01/02.02.2024, whereby the petitioners have been reverted to their feeder cadre i.e Kanungos/Senior Assistants.

CWP-3329-2024 present in Court, submits that the petitioners will be allowed to continue on the post of Naib Tehsildar till the time, regularly selected candidates join against direct recruited posts, whereafter, on the principle of 'last come first go' based on seniority, they would make way.

The aforesaid satisfies the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners.

In view of the statements made above, no further order is required to be passed and the present petitions stand disposed of as such. 5.
