(Oral) The learned State counsel has today filed a short reply by way of affidavit of Shri Jashandeep Singh Gill, Assistant Commissioner of Police (South) Ludhiana, accompanied by statement of the petitioner Nand Lal wherein he has stated that he carried a wrong impression that his son has been arrested by the police but infact his son had gone to his native village without informing him and that he has now returned back from his village and is residing with him and that he does not wish to take any action against anybody.
In view of the aforesaid statement, no further directions are required to be issued.
The petition, as such, is dismissed.
