This petition is filed seeking quashing of order dated 17.9.2020 and 17.11.2020 suspending the licence of M/s. Krishan Lal Ashok Kumar issued under Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961 for seven days with effect from 17.9.2020 and dismissing the appeal respectively.

By the impugned order, licence of M/s. Krishan Lal Ashok Kumar was suspended for seven days giving a chance to the partners of the ANURADHA 2023.03.01 16:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticiy of this document High Court, Chandigarh High Court, Chandigarh

   firm to resolve the matter and thereafter, the matter was to be sent to the competent authority for cancellation of the licence. The order ceased to operate with efflux of time. No interference is called for in the impugned order as it has lost its relevance.
