***** KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Petitioner-Kusum Devi has moved this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of necessary directions to the respondents No.1 to 4 to lodge FIR and made fair and impartial investigation against the respondent Nos. 5 to 7.

Counsel for the petitioner submitted that representation dated 10.12.2021 (Annexure P-10) in this regard has also been moved before the concerned authorities, but no action has been taken as of now. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 5 at this stage. The counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.3 to take action on the aforesaid representation.

State counsel submits that the concerned authority will look into the matter and take decision on the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.

In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation dated dated 10.12.2021 (Annexure P-10) in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
