IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA

AT CHANDIGARH CRM-M-8588-2021 Decided on : 01.03.2021 Ikrar Ali . . . Petitioner(s)

Versus

State of Haryana . . . Respondent(s)

CORAM:

HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE MANJARI NEHRU KAUL PRESENT:

Mr. J.S. Hooda, Advocate, for the petitioner(s).

Mr. Manoj Kumar Taya, AAG, Haryana.

**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 353, dated 17.10.2020, under Section 363 and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Kheripul, District Faridabad.

At the very outset, learned State counsel has submitted that the material witnesses i.e. complainant and eye witnesses are yet to be examined. Heard.

Keeping in view the gravity and seriousness of the offences, this Court is of the considered opinion that no case is made out to grant of regular bail to the petitioner at this stage, when material witnesses are yet to be examined. Consequently, finding no merit in the instant petition, same stands dismissed. (MANJARI NEHRU KAUL) JUDGE March 01, 2021 J.Ram Whether speaking/reasoned:
