The present appeal has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 03.02.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panipat in case FIR No. 1566 dated 11.12.2023 under Section 506 of IPC, 1860 and Section 3 (1)(S) of the SC/ST Act, 1989 registered at Police Station City Panipat, District Panipat.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the present appeal, however, submits that the appellant is ready to surrender and his bail application, if file be decided expeditiously. 3.
