[1] This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 200, dated 10th June, 2020 under Sections 3/13(1) and 8/13 of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 [for brevity 'the Act'] and Section 188 IPC (Section 17 of the Act and Section 3/181 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 were added later on), registered at Police Station Punhana, District Nuh, Haryana.

[2] After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. [3] Dismissed as withdrawn.
