**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner had been arrested in FIR No.31 dated 28.01.2022, under Sections 457 and 380 IPC, registered at Police Station Derabassi, SAS Nagar (Mohali) and thus, the present petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid factum.

Dismissed as having become infructuous.
