ARUN PALLI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem, for the matter in issue is squarely covered by our order of even date, rendered in CWP-3162-2024 (Futura Surgicare Pvt. Ltd. Vs. State of Haryana and another), the petition at hand be also disposed of in the same terms. However, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to file a comprehensive representation, along with additional documents, if any, so that its concerns/grievances are clearly spelt out.

In response, learned State counsel submits that in the event any such representation or material is submitted by the petitioner within two days from today, the same shall be taken cognizance of by the competent authority, while hearing the petitioner, as indicated in the connected matter (ibid).

In the wake of the position sketched out above, the petition is disposed of in terms of CWP-3162-2024.
