The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugning the order dated 22.11.2021 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Ludhiana whereby an application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC was dismissed.

As per the E-Courts website, District Court Ludhiana, the main civil suit itself stands dismissed with costs vide judgment and decree dated 09.09.2024 and hence the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous.

Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
