The present petition has been filed challenging the assessment of rent vide impugned order dated 19.12.2023. As per the impugned order, the amount was to be deposited on or before 09.02.2024. On the said date, since the amount was not deposited, the ejectment of the petitioner has already been ordered.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail his remedies as available to him in accordance with law. Permitted to do so. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
