(Oral) The petitioner seeks the grant of the anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in a case bearing FIR No.192 dated 20.09.2021 under Section 306 IPC registered with Police Station City Khanna 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated March 07, 2022, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
On March 07, 2022, this Court had directed the State to file the medical record of the deceased to substantiate the allegations in the FIR that he had been beaten up by the petitioner.
The learned State counsel submits that there is no MLR of the deceased. He further contends that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the aforesaid order and is not required for custodial interrogation. In this view of the matter, interim order dated March 07, 2022 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and she shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
