(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, prayer has been made for the issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus to release the detenue-Gursimar Kaur from the illegal custody of respondents No.4 to 7. In the present case, the alleged detenue namely Gursimar Kaur who is major aged about 20 years appeared before this Court, duly identified by the Investigating Officer/State counsel as well as her parents and submits that she wants to accompany the petitioner thereby rendering the present petition as infructuous.
