RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0120, dated 30.12.2022, under Sections 307, 323, 506 and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Pathankot, Punjab.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Allowed as prayed for.
