Learned senior counsel for the petitioner states a petition bearing CWP No.2312 of 1996 filed by similarly situated person has been disposed of as having been rendered infructuous on 19.08.2019 and he has no objection if the present petition is also disposed of as rendered infructuous in the same terms. 3.

Petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous in the same terms as in CWP No.2312 of 1996.
