(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the orders dated 16.03.2000 and 22.08.2000 (Annexures P-3 and P-5 respectively).

At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner pleads no instructions from the petitioner and submits that despite her best efforts, she could not even locate the petitioner. 3.
Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.
All pending application(s), if any, shall also stand closed. 5.
A copy of this order be sent to the petitioner at the address as mentioned in the Memo of Parties.
