ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 and 2 to decide the pending revision petition dated 03.07.2020 (Annexure P-1), filed by respondents No.3 to 10 under Section 16 (1) of the Punjab Land Revenue Act for setting-aside the order dated 16.03.2020 passed by A.C Ist Grade, Pehowa vide which Sanad Takseem was issued in case No.169/NT dated 16.03.2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that revision petition is pending since 03.07.2020.

No grounds for interference by this Court are made out in extra ordinary writ jurisdiction.

However, the writ petition is disposed of with the expectation that the competent authority would take up the pending revision petition, provided the physical hearings have resumed and proceed in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

Disposed of accordingly.
