**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J . (Oral) The instant petition was adjourned sine die vide order dated 11.02.2019 to await decision of LPA No.56 of 2018. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to order dated 17.06.2020 passed by Division Bench of this Court in the aforesaid LPA, whereby Letters Patent Appeal stands withdrawn, which actually results into the fact that the order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 15.11.2016(Annexure P-4) in CWP No.22746 of 2016 would prevail and has attained finality.

Perusal of the order dated 15.11.2016(Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Single Judge makes it crystallize that bunch of petitions were disposed of on the assertion made by learned Advocate General, Haryana that Commission will apply the principles contained in the directions in the order dated 10.11.2016 which is made absolute by deleting the word "all" from direction 3. In view of the above, nothing survives in the instant petition, which is squarely covered by judgment dated 15.11.2016(Annexure P-4) passed in CWP No.22746 of 2016.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered to be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
