Two directions were issued to the appellants on August 23, 2016, namely, (i) to bring a prospective buyer of the land of the absconding accused; and (ii) to deposit the expenses with the Deputy Commissioner for conducting fresh auction proceedings of such property of the absconding accused.

Case has been called twice. Counsel for the appellants has not turned up.

Learned State counsel informs that both the directions have not been complied with.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
