Present petition has been filed under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for cancellation of bail pending trial granted to respondents No.2 to 6 in FIR No.159 dated 08.11.2020, under Sections 452, 324, 323, 148 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (Section 307 IPC was added later on), registered at Police Station Dayalpura, District Bathinda, by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bathinda, vide order dated 18.01.2021 (P-5). 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take reçourse to the remedy before learned Sessions Court, where trial is pending against respondents No.2 to 6.
