(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.19 dated 08.08.2023 under Sections 120-B, 418, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC and Sections 13(2), 13(1) (c) (d) of PC Act, registered at Police Station ACB, District Hisar.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 26.02.2026 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 26.02.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS.
