Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to handover the investigation in FIR No.159 dated 08.11.2020, under Sections 307, 452, 324, 323, 148 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (Section 326 IPC was added later on vide DDR No.29 dated 04.02.2021), registered at Police Station Dayalpura, District Bathinda, as well as DDR No.25 dated 25.11.2020 to some independent agency or Crime Branch. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all his pleas before learned trial Court at appropriate stage. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
