SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.154 dated 05.08.2023 under Sections 307,341,323,506,148,149 IPC ( Section 302 IPC added later on) regiustered at P.S Samana, District Patiala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars. Prayer is accepted.
