(Oral) The present appeal has been preferred against the order dated 16.11.2017 passed by the Sessions Judge, Ambala vide which the said Court imposed penalty upon the appellant under Section 446 of Cr.P.C., 1973 for not producing the accused Chattar Sain in the Court against whom FIR No.258 under Section 379-A of IPC was registered at Police Station, Ambala City on 28.07.2016.

Learned counsel for the appellant contends that vide order dated 04.03.2020, Rs.15,000/- stood deposited by the appellant and now a further amount of Rs.10,000/- stands deposited making a total amount of Rs.25,000/-.
